Dear Mr. Cellino
On Friday June 17, 2011 at 5:30pm, we had a problem with our kitchen sink. I called your office, and a very pleasant lady, Natalie, said she would contact the plumber on duty. Within ten minutes, she called back and said Adam Thompson would be coming. He was at my home within 30 minutes. Adam is very efficient and pleasant and was upfront with teh cost of the job.
The problem was solved, and I am very satisfied. You should be proud of Natalie and Adam.

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for the kind and conscientious effort your company has provided to our home. In January, Cellino Plumbing installed a tank less hot water tank, which we are using and are enjoying the unique benefits provided by this piece of equipment. In February, an in-house natural gas valve was replaced and a water line to our refrigerator was installed. In all three instances, the cost was justified by service and professional courtesy, as well as the quality of the installed products. It is simply nice to do business with a reputable company.
Additionally, the two service workers that performed the installations were important catalysts between a reputable business and satisfied customer. Of particular note was the patience and skills of Ryan who just wouldn’t give up until the products and service met expectations. And Adam, who spent a Sunday afternoon making sure we were comfortable when a malfunction arose. Both gentlemen are a credit to your business and professional in skill and customer rapport.
Finally, as a measure of our satisfaction, I would highly recommend Cellino Plumbing to my friends and family. Thank you for your patience in providing quality product to our satisfaction, and the extremely high quality of customer service demonstrated by your staff.

When we discovered a 3 inch hole in our basement waste pipe, we envisioned a budget busting, time consuming, extremely messy job. I can’t tell you how thrilled we were when Nathan told us he could take care of the problem for just over $300.00, and that he could do the repair immediately and have it completed within a couple of hours, at most. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief and asked Nathan to get started as soon as possible. Nathan completed the work even sooner than we expected. He was very professional, courteous, neat and friendly, and he was able to calm our concerns about other areas of the waste pipe we had questions about. We have already decided that whenever we need plumbing work, Cellino is the company we will work with. Your company, from the first conversation with Natalie, to the excellent work and attitude exhibited by Nathan was a most pleasant experience. I would like to take some time out to send you an email, and say thank you for the excellent, speedy work performed at my house today. Your serviceman, Ryan Anthony found the cause of our plumbing problem, and expedited the work and performed beyond my expectations. I called the answering service and they passed on the message to Ryan in a matter of minutes. He called quickly and was at my house within the promised 20 minutes he state on the phone. Overall, there was no mess left behind, he wore covers over his boots, and was very pleasant to talk with. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the results of his work. Ryan even offered other services that you provide at your office. I will keep you in mind and I would ask for him if I need any other plumbing service handled at my home. I will pass on some of the flyers her left to my neighbors. Once again, thank you for the service and keep up the great work.

On Easter Sunday we experienced a total blockage of our kitchen sink drain. Despite our best attempts to fix the situation, we were unsuccessful. The following day we called 68FLUSH, a number which stuck in my head from your radio commercials on WBEN. Horror stories about plumbers ran through my head as we waited for the technician. Adam Thompson arrived with his massive plumbing store on wheels and instantly dispelled all my preconceived notions about plumbers. I have never met someone with such a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a unique ability to put a frazzled customer “at ease”. A short while later, the drain was unclogged and life was once again good. Words cannot describe how professional, personable and knowledgeable Adam is. He represents your company well.
