SUPPORT STAFF
		Richard Jones Service Manager I came to Cellino Plumbing in December 2008. I have worked in the plumbing industry since 2005. I currently hold a Journeyman’s License in the City of Buffalo. As the Service Manager here, my job is to coordinate getting the right technician to the right customer. I also make sure they are prepared for each call, and support them when they need it. I am the hub of communication between our customers and the company. My goal is to maintain a healthy relationship with all of our customers and help ensure the best customer service possible. My main hobby right now is spending time with my family. I have a great wife, and a beautiful 2-year-old little girl. When I am not working, I spend as much time with my girls as possible.
		Julie Dearstyne Operational Manager I originally began working for Cellino Plumbing in 2005. I left to pursue other interests, but returned in 2008. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum Development. My organizational skills and personal drive are the greatest assets I bring to Cellino Plumbing. My sole goal is to see Cellino Plumbing grow into the best plumbing company in Western New York. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 13 years. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
		Lucas Cellino I have been working for Cellino Plumbing since I was about 13 years old. I enjoy working on both sides of Cellino Plumbing's Operations. During school I work in the office; in the summer I work with the technicians. I attend Hilbert College located in Hamburg, NY. I also play lacrosse and hockey. Working at Cellino Plumbing is an honor to me. The people are intelligent and everyone goes out of their way to make this a better company.
		Natalie Schiavone I came to Cellino Plumbing in 2010 with years of experience in the customer service industry. I have a Bachelors Degree in Communications, and experience in the marketing field. I am extremely passionate about our customers and ensuring that they receive the best service possible. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my son, baking and being outside!
		Darren Eggleston I have recently joined Cellino Plumbing. I have been a carpenter for a number of years prior to beginning my apprenticeship. I enjoy fixing and building things in my community. I enjoy helping my neighbors keep their homes and businesses in great condition. I love Western New York, and it's people. I look forward to meeting more of my neighbors.
TECHNICIANS
		Jeremy Stone I have been a plumber for over 38 years. I love doing high quality work. I came to Cellino Plumbing in 2008. My goal is to ensure that our customers receive the best care. I enjoy working with high quality professionals. Working at Cellino Plumbing is a joy each day. In my spare time I am a volunteer fireman for the Elma Fire Company where I have served my community for over 40 years.
		Ryan Anthony I started with Cellino Plumbing in March of 2009. I came to this company to participate in what I believe to be a clear set of goals that will benefit my company, my family, and myself in the future. I have 3 years of full time plumbing experience. I take my job very seriously and I put a lot of pride and effort in to doing the best job possible. I have an Associates Degree in Business Administration as well as a Bachelors Degree in Communication. My educational background gives me the ability to bring a wide range of business knowledge in addition to my skill set. Ultimately, this leads to an opportunity for my customers to experience the very best that Cellino Plumbing has to offer. 		Adam Thompson I have been employed here as a technician since 2003, but have been performing home maintenance and restoration for over half of my life. I have always enjoyed the diversity if my job. Since starting my career at Cellino Plumbing I have been continuously expanding my education in plumbing. I have attended courses for underground safety and awareness. I have also become educated on the service and installation of tankless water heaters. In addition, Nexstar has professionally trained me, to better accommodate my customers. My hope for the future is to gain better knowledge of finish carpentry, so that I can make furniture. The other service technicians are not only my friends; some are like family. I know that I have built relationships that will last a lifetime, just like I do with my customers. On a personal note, I have a beautiful and intelligent woman in my life, so sorry ladies, hands off!
		Nathan Duerr I came to Cellino Plumbing in 2010. I have been in the plumbing trade for 8 years, and hold journeyman's licenses. I have experience in heavy equipment operation as well. My biggest asset to the company is my knowledge of the trade and skill in the profession. I enjoy spending time with my family and outdoor recreation. I am a committed professional who enjoys his job and strives to excel in every way.
		Michael Duerr I owned Neighborhood Plumbing NY Inc. for the past 15 years. I have 8 Masters Plumbers licenses. After 15 years we grew to the point that we needed to add to our staff, or merge with an ethical company that already had that in place. So, I joined Cellino Plumbing. In my free time I love to spend time at our place in Friendship, NY. It sits on a hill, with a spectacular view. We love to sit and "watch the world go by."
